Deposit and Cancellation
Policies:
A deposit of one night's stay is
required to confirm your
reservation. Should it be necessary
to cancel a reservation, a fee of
$50 will apply to all cancellations.
In the event that the reservation is
cancelled within 10 days prior to
arrival, the one-night deposit will
become non-refundable. If within 5
days prior to arrival, the entire
stay may be charged at the
Innkeeper's discretion, as it may be
impossible to re-rent the room at
short notice.
Early unplanned departures and
no-shows are charged for the full
stay as reserved.
Tax: All rates are subject to
10% combined state and county taxes.
Children and Pet Policies:
We regret that we have had to adhere
to stricter policies regarding small
children and pets. We can no longer
accommodate children under 10 and
only in limited situations. Due to
some negative issues we have
recently experienced, we can no
longer accept pets.
